  • 1 package (20 oz) frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Drain excess grease from beef.
  5. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  6. Add diced onions and pickles if using.
  7. Spread frozen fries evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  8. Top fries with the beef mixture.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes until fries are crispy and cheese is melted.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
