Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 1 oz brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- Whisk ranch mix, gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Pour mixture over chicken, coating evenly.
- Cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in sour cream until creamy and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
