Dumpling Ramen Bowl is a cozy and flavorful meal made with instant ramen noodles, tender dumplings, soft-boiled eggs, spinach, and savory broth. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 12 frozen dumplings
  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and carefully add eggs.
  2. Cook eggs for 6–7 minutes for soft-boiled consistency.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice water bath, cool, peel, and halve.
  4. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  6. Add frozen dumplings directly to the broth and cook for 8–10 minutes until heated through.
  7. Add instant ramen noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender.
  8. Add spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  9. Divide noodles, dumplings, and spinach between bowls.
  10. Ladle broth over top and garnish with eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Use pork, chicken, or vegetable dumplings.
  • Substitute spinach with bok choy or kale.
  • Store leftovers separately so noodles stay firm.
