8 oz dry egg noodles (or fresh noodles)
Vegetables
2 carrots, sliced
1/4 yellow onion, sliced
3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch green onion (green parts only)
Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions
Slice all vegetables and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Cook egg noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
Heat a wok or pan and sauté garlic, carrots, and onion for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add noodles, sauce, and green onions, then stir-fry for 1 minute until evenly coated.
