Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 boxes Velveeta macaroni and cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, Rotel, and about 1/4 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare mac and cheese according to package instructions.
- Combine taco meat mixture with macaroni and cheese and stir well.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
