1 pound ground beef
2 boxes Velveeta macaroni and cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning, Rotel, and about 1/4 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare mac and cheese according to package instructions.
Combine taco meat mixture with macaroni and cheese and stir well.
Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Add sour cream, jalapeños, avocado, or hot sauce for extra flavor.
