2 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (broth)
¼ cup heavy cream (broth)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced (sauce)
¼ cup heavy cream (sauce)
2 packs ramen noodles
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp chili oil (optional)
Instructions
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked. Slice and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, stir until slightly thickened.
Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Divide noodles into bowls and pour broth over them.
Top with sliced chicken and drizzle creamy garlic sauce.
Garnish with green onions and chili oil. Serve hot.
