Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 oz deli roast beef
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can beef consommé (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble Roll Ups: Layer tortillas with provolone, roast beef, and fried onions. Roll tightly and seal edges with olive oil.
  3. Bake: Place seam-side down, brush tops with oil, and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve: Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve with warm dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Roll tightly to prevent filling from falling out.
  • You can add mozzarella or Swiss cheese for variation.
  • Best served fresh and warm for maximum crispiness.
