French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a crispy, cheesy, deli-style sandwich alternative filled with roast beef, provolone, and fried onions, served with a warm savory au jus dipping sauce. Perfect for quick meals, parties, or game day snacks.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch)
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 oz deli roast beef
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can beef consommé (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble Roll Ups: Layer tortillas with provolone, roast beef, and fried onions. Roll tightly and seal edges with olive oil.
- Bake: Place seam-side down, brush tops with oil, and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Make Au Jus: Simmer beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve: Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve with warm dipping sauce.
Notes
- Roll tightly to prevent filling from falling out.
