12 oz deli roast beef
1 cup French fried onions
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can beef consommé (10.5 oz)
1 cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble Roll Ups: Layer tortillas with provolone, roast beef, and fried onions. Roll tightly and seal edges with olive oil.
Bake: Place seam-side down, brush tops with oil, and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Make Au Jus: Simmer beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder for 3–4 minutes.
Serve: Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve with warm dipping sauce.
