Description
Creamy and crunchy French Onion Chicken Rice Bake made with tender chicken, rice, sour cream, and topped with crispy fried onions.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1.5 cups French fried onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rice, chicken, soups, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings.
- Spread into greased 9×13 dish.
- Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
- Top with fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
