Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts, cut into chunks or strips
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mac & Cheese:
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk until thick and creamy.
Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until smooth.
Season and mix in cooked macaroni.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Stir in honey and soy sauce, simmer until glossy.
