Description
A simple and elegant one-pan chicken with buttery garlic noodles, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken and sear in butter until golden brown, 5 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and simmer 8–10 minutes until tender.
- Stir in remaining butter until creamy.
- Finish with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Notes
- Use thighs instead of breasts for extra juiciness.
- Add a splash of cream for a richer sauce.
