Description

A simple and elegant one-pan chicken with buttery garlic noodles, ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken and sear in butter until golden brown, 5 minutes per side.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add egg noodles and simmer 8–10 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in remaining butter until creamy.
  6. Finish with parsley, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  • Use thighs instead of breasts for extra juiciness.
