This Potsticker Noodle Bowl is a quick, savory stir-fry inspired dish featuring tender noodles, seasoned pork, and a flavorful Asian-style sauce with crisp coleslaw mix.
Ingredients
- 8 oz wide Lo Mein noodles, cooked and rinsed
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, rinse, and set aside.
- Heat peanut oil in a large skillet and brown ground beef with 1/4 cup green onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Add noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh ginger for best flavor.
- Add chili oil for extra heat if desired.
