Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Prepare bowls with flour, eggs mixed with Dijon, and crushed pretzels.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in pretzels.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- For sauce, heat milk in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cheddar and stir until melted.
- Mix in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve chicken hot with sauce drizzled over top.
