4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (for sauce)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Prepare bowls with flour, eggs mixed with Dijon, and crushed pretzels.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in pretzels.
Place on baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
For sauce, heat milk in saucepan over medium heat.
