Description
Sheet Pan Tacos are quick and easy crispy baked tacos filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and salsa—perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 6 6-inch tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ¼ cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Olive oil (for brushing tortillas)
- Salsa or pico de gallo, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Mix well.
- Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
- Fill each tortilla with about ¼ cup beef mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese.
- Fold tortillas in half and arrange on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake another 5–10 minutes until crispy.
- Add extra cheese during the last few minutes if desired.
- Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
Notes
- Use corn tortillas for a more traditional flavor.
- Add jalapeños for spice.
- Great for meal prep and leftovers.
