8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, and cornstarch. Marinate beef 10 minutes.
Heat oil in skillet and stir-fry beef 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove.
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add beef broth and return beef to pan; simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
