Description

Bold and flavorful Sticky Beef Noodles made with tender sirloin, chewy noodles, and a rich sweet-savory sauce. A quick and satisfying restaurant-style stir fry.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, and cornstarch. Marinate beef 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and stir-fry beef 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add beef broth and return beef to pan; simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add noodles and toss to coat in sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and glossy.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for best tenderness.
  • Don’t overcook noodles—they will absorb sauce.
