2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
8 oz egg noodles
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
Pour in sauce and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add noodles and toss until fully coated.
Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
