Description

This Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles recipe is a quick and flavorful Asian-inspired stir-fry featuring tender chicken, vegetables, and noodles coated in a sweet, savory, and garlicky sauce.

Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a bowl to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
  6. Pour in sauce and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add noodles and toss until fully coated.
  8. Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • Add extra soy sauce for a saltier flavor.
  • Works well with rice noodles too.
