- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in sauce and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add noodles and toss until fully coated.
- Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- Add extra soy sauce for a saltier flavor.
- Works well with rice noodles too.
