A rich and savory Sticky Honey Garlic Sausage Pasta Skillet made in one pan with crispy sausage, tender pasta, and a glossy sweet-garlic sauce. Quick, comforting, and packed with bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or short pasta)
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook sausage 5–7 minutes until browned. Remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar; stir to combine.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return sausage and simmer 3–4 minutes to coat.
  7. Add pasta and toss, adding pasta water if needed.
  8. Stir in butter until melted and glossy.
  9. Season, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, and serve.

Notes

  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
  • Use pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
