Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and set aside.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
- Simmer until sauce thickens and shrimp are cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
