Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook for 10–12 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Toast hamburger buns until lightly golden.
- Scoop beef mixture onto buns, top with Swiss cheese, and close with top bun.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
